About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at G4S. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct security patrols and monitor CCTV systems to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Screen visitors and staff, conducting searches as necessary
  • Respond to security incidents and de-escalate situations in a professional and respectful manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients
Requirements
  • Hold a valid SIA licence (training provided)
  • Have a good understanding of security protocols and procedures
  • Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a good understanding of IT systems and software
