Key Responsibilities:- Manage and allocate programme funding to support farmers and landowners in achieving environmental improvement and habitat connectivity.
- Work with partners to deliver collaborative projects, leveraging expertise and resources to drive positive change.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, and grant funders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers and landowners on agricultural and forestry land management policy and grant schemes.
- Contribute to the development of policy and strategy to support the delivery of our programme objectives.
- Proven experience in programme management, with a focus on environmental sustainability and land management.
- Strong understanding of agricultural and forestry land management policy and grant schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and GIS applications.
