Job Summary:

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Parcel Delivery Driver. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and load parcels into delivery vehicles
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Operate a hand-held computer to navigate routes and manage deliveries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical fitness to withstand regular walking and lifting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary ongoing contract with a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will be required to work a 13:00 start time, Monday to Saturday, with a guaranteed Saturday shift. The hourly rate for this role is £13.37 per hour.
