Your responsibilities will also include spearheading contract expansion initiatives, supporting broader business development efforts, and engaging in contract negotiations and pricing strategies.


As the primary advocate for our clients, the Client Relationship Manager will assess and challenge the efficiency of business processes that support contract performance, taking the initiative to drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Customer Accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery, including adherence to key contract KPIs, while maximizing value for the client and ensuring profitability, revenue, and cash flow for TVS.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, delivering adaptable and innovative solutions to operational challenges faced by clients.
  • Understand contract obligations and commercial risks to ensure compliance, while identifying and mitigating risks through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives for clients while enhancing profit contributions to TVS SCS.
  • Lead growth and development efforts from a commercial standpoint, including understanding evaluation criteria, value creation, and formulating pricing strategies to win contracts.

  • A determined, empathetic, and driven individual.
  • Quick to respond to challenges with a pragmatic approach.
  • Enthusiastic about driving change, with strong questioning abilities.
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • High level of commercial and financial insight.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum educational qualifications of GCSE level, including English and Maths.
