We're currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our Carlisle depot, where we have exciting opportunities for part permanent roles. Our Warehouse Operatives play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, working efficiently and effectively as part of a team to load and unload vehicles, sort and scan parcels, and maintain a safe working environment.

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including hand-held terminals, pump-trucks, and conveyor systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring scanning compliance, working efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.81 per hour, with an overtime rate of £17.72 once contractual hours are completed. Our full-time colleagues enjoy a minimum of 32 days' annual leave, including Bank Holidays, and a 3% contribution to their pension. We also offer a range of flexible benefits, including shopping vouchers, insurance, and healthcare.

Our Warehouse Operative full-time 6 month contracts are 40 hours per week, with potential opportunity to progress to permanent contracts, working exclusively days, nights, or twilight, including some weekend shifts. Flexible and part-time hours are also available.
