Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Surface Mount programs for Mycronic SMT machines to optimize production efficiency.
  • Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of Mycronic pick and place machines through process optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Provide line-side process support for paste machines, reflow ovens, AOI, and associated machinery to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Design and create custom reflow profiles using data collection software to meet production requirements.
  • Assist in the repair of breakdowns with the support of third-party providers to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in new product introduction meetings and collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless product launches.

Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing machinery engineering support roles.
  • Desirable qualifications include previous electronics manufacturing industry experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, and proficient computer skills.
