Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel, a stunning and historic hotel in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in all bedrooms and public areas.
  • Provide reports and updates to the Housekeeper in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
  • Assist in the training and development of the housekeeping team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our guests, meeting the high expectations of Britannia Hotels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a supervisory role, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the housekeeping team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
