Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our team at Whistl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and motivation, and develop a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and training programs to enhance team performance, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to drive success.
- Analyse Sales Data and Market Trends: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilise CRM Systems: Effectively utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide related reports as required.
- Collaborate with Management: Collaborate with management to develop sales goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Our Telesales Team Leader can earn up to an additional 40% of their basic monthly salary.
