This position is ideal for a skilled Site Supervisor looking to take on new challenges or for someone looking to progress their electrical career with a management role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple commercial or industrial installation projects, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and excellent technical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate electrical installation projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in electrical project management, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage budgets and contracts.
