The Sales Engineer will be responsible for handling technical enquiries, sales, purchasing, and invoicing. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with customers and suppliers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and Data Entry
- Handling technical enquiries through to sales, purchasing, and invoice
- Tending to telephone calls and e-mail enquiries
- Working to deadlines
- Liaising with both customers and suppliers
- Assisting with Documentation - Document Packs
- Supporting HSQE activities, controls, and procedures
- Providing CAD drawings
- Reviewing items sourced/requested for safety engineering
- Dealing with worldwide customers and suppliers
