Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Weekend shift Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 17:00 = 17 hours / week

Working Pattern: Weekend Shifts

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all loads are delivered within the correct times specified by customers and account managers. You will play a vital role in monitoring each load, updating monitoring notes, assessing driver and vehicle availability, and alerting Customer Account Managers to any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage loads to ensure timely delivery
  • Update monitoring notes and assess driver and vehicle availability
  • Alert Customer Account Managers to any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient time and workload management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using IT systems, with full training provided
  • Good knowledge of external systems such as Outlook and Excel
  • Previous experience working within a transport setting
  • Knowledge of UK/EU driving hours laws and restrictions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with sound judgement when dealing with inquiries
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, ensuring efficient time and workload management
