About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Clinical Director to lead our small animal practice team in the stunning Aberdeenshire area, North East Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support our small friendly, welcoming teams over 3 practice sites.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient care.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Practice Director, Practice Manager, Head Nurses, and clinical support staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their career development.
  • Contribute to the development of our company culture and values, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
