As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while performing service calls and repairs on commercial laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair commercial laundry equipment in the field
  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial laundry equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with the team to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong background in commercial laundry equipment
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial laundry equipment in the field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Licence/Certification:
  • Gas safe registered (preferred)
