T2M Technical Ltd is collaborating with a dynamic manufacturing organization that provides products across various sectors, seeking to appoint a Quality Inspector.

As a Quality Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products delivered to the organization meet the established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that all incoming goods are properly packaged and accompanied by the necessary inspection documentation or certificates of conformity as required.
  • Complete Non-conformance reports and documentation for items that do not meet the specified standards.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving goods, managing stock movements, packaging, and transporting items.
  • Oversee the management and upkeep of equipment condition and calibration.
  • Conduct supplier audits to maintain ongoing quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supplier quality or inspection role.
  • Proficiency in measuring components using manual inspection tools such as verniers, calipers, micrometers, and digital height gauges.
  • Experience with CMM operation or programming (PcDmis) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to understand and analyze metrology.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in parts and stock management using an ERP or MRP system is essential.

This position is based at the company's headquarters and offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to advance within an innovative manufacturing environment.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000, depending on experience, and the benefits package includes a Private Medical plan, a generous holiday allowance that increases with service, and an Electric Vehicle Sacrifice Scheme upon successful completion of the probationary period.
