About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cladding Project Manager to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring programme requirements are met while working in line with both Company and regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for the successful management of contracts, attending pre-contract meetings, devising a strategic programme of works at the start of the contract, and continually monitoring progress.
  • Responsible for the design, quality management, resource planning, defects management, and out-of-hours working, ensuring appropriate procedures and documentation are in place in line with the Contract requirements.
  • Act as a visibly strong leader of HSQ&E, promoting high standards of health and safety and environmental management.
  • Ensure that all HSQ&E activity and reporting is accurate, legally compliant, and within group policies.
  • Lead your team by example at all times and ensure that United Living is a centre of excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience working for a refurbishment main contractor.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Good data interrogation skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
  • Excellent Health and Safety Awareness.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff.
  • Cladding experience.
  • Retrofit works.
Qualifications
  • Minimum relevant Level 6 qualification (NVQ) and/or relevant membership of professional body (MCIOB/MICE) and/or construction-related degree.
  • Cladding and retrofit experience.
  • Appropriate CSCS card.
  • SMSTS certificate desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering multiple contracts across a variety of geographical locations.
  • Experience and knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate effective resource allocation, including supply chain, staff, directly employed operatives, etc.
  • Knowledge of document management system.
  • Valid driving licence.
