About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Cost and Value Management team in delivering large-scale finance transformation initiatives to our clients in the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large teams of 10+ members in client engagements, business development, and practice development initiatives.
  • Manage the quality and timely delivery of specified artefacts, and source and identify team members to support them.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly interactions with clients and senior stakeholders, articulating options and recommendations to complex issues.
  • Drive the growth of the CVM business by leading on responses to clients on opportunities identified and lead the build of innovative and client-focused go-to-market sales propositions.
Requirements
  • Financial Services Industry experience, with a strong understanding of Banking and Insurance Finance KPIs and reporting.
  • Experience in leading large-scale transformation delivery in Finance at Global institutions.
  • Functional design experience with delivery of solutions using tools like SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Qlik, PowerBI, Tagetik or similar.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead large teams and develop/coach others.
  • Experience working with and influencing stakeholders, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-level presentations and outputs to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accountancy qualification with strong post-qualification experience (or equivalent experience).
  • Consulting experience.
