The Role

The main responsibility of the Research Associate is to assist in various business functions related to the execution of retained search assignments. Collaborating closely with a partner or director, you will ensure that search projects are completed to the highest standards through:

  • Delivering research support to aid in the execution of searches and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinating internally and externally to meet established timelines for searches, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends concerning individuals and organizations, and identifying potential business development opportunities.
  • Conducting outreach to executives and market contacts to gather and verify pertinent information.
  • Creating well-crafted search reports and other materials primarily for client use.
  • Contributing to the exploration, recommendation, introduction, and enhancement of new research services and methodologies.
  • Providing general support to Directors and Partners across all business activities as needed.

The Research Associate position is an entry-level role, welcoming candidates with limited professional experience as well as those transitioning from other sectors into executive search. To excel in this position, you should possess:
