About the Role
Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Lodge Manager to oversee our retirement development. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and worry-free lifestyle.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for both property maintenance and delivering exceptional customer service to our Owners. As the trusted point of contact on-site, you will act as a friendly neighbor, building strong relationships with residents while managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, and conducting health and safety checks.
Your responsibilities will also include organizing engaging activities and events for Owners, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming community. This autonomous role requires initiative, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with experience in similar fields such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services. A successful Lodge Manager possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and demonstrates strong administrative capabilities.
You will be a highly organized individual with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Your ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor is essential for success in this role.
