Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CMMS Implementation Programme Lead to manage and coordinate the deployment and effective use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Mainsaver across our estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning, managing, and coordinating the CMMS implementation schedule across 16 sites.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to develop a CMMS platform fit for our business, taking into consideration future technological advances in the field.
  • Implementing a common system configuration, including asset hierarchies, inventory setup, and interface with other systems.
  • Driving effective use of the system and implementing common world-class processes on Preventative Maintenance scheduling, work order management, defect recording, resource accounting, and KPIs.
  • Delivery of training, coaching, and mentoring all system users across various functions in correct use of the system.
