Your Role: Planning Coordinator

As a Planning Coordinator at BES Group, you will play a vital role in efficiently planning and executing work for one of our key inspection clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and allocate tasks to engineers, ensuring optimal efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Resolve contract-related queries by meticulously reviewing, analyzing, and problem-solving to achieve resolutions.
  • Analyze data to generate comprehensive reports for our head office teams, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, supporting the invoicing process and maintaining financial records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, streamlining operations and enhancing overall productivity.
