- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Qualified Pharmacist with UK GPhC Registration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in an Independent Pharmacy setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving business performance.
- Competitive salary range: £52,000 - £58,240 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 5 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays.
- Pension scheme.
