Job Title: Principal Engineer

At Matchtech Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to lead our offshore design team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining technical solutions, reviewing team outputs, and collaborating with various disciplines to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the offshore design team to ensure the execution of structural analysis for offshore substructures and topsides.
  • Define technical solutions and review team outputs to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with various disciplines to meet project goals and deliver results on time.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in offshore engineering, with a strong background in structural analysis and design.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various disciplines.
