Oxbridge Educator

We are seeking ambitious and highly qualified Oxbridge Graduates to join our team as Secondary Teaching Assistants and Academic Mentors in Bexley, Southeast London.

• Contract type: Long-term, full-time, temporary contract until July 2025.
• Pay: £95.00 – £105.00 per day (holiday pay included).
• Located in pleasant neighbourhoods within Bexley, with commutable access to/from London.
• Highly rated by Ofsted, opportunities in these schools will open many doors in your career.

• Engage 1:1/in small groups with students to help close the gap in education disparity as an Oxford or Cambridge Graduate.
• Assist and shadow the lead Teacher of your subject specialism in their classes.
• Provide support within your subject specialism to both high-achieving students and those needing an extra boost of support (Students have ambitions of attending the Top UK Universities, like yourself).

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree from either the University of Oxford or University of Cambridge.
• Passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive rapport with pupils and teachers alike.
