This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Theatre Scrub Nurse, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations
- Ensure patient safety and well-being throughout surgical interventions
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement agreed standards of care
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient care and safety
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse in Theatres
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
