Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' care and treatment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration.
- 6+ months of nursing experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
