Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' care and treatment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration.
  • 6+ months of nursing experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
