About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team at Harnham. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for working on personalisation of the customer journey on end-to-end machine learning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement predictive, segmentation, and personalisation-based models with a focus on retail-driven customer analytics.
- Work closely with a high-calibre team and various stakeholders in the business to drive business growth.
- Manage one other Data Scientist and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science.
Requirements:
- Minimum of MSc in a STEM subject, such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Experience in personalisation, segmentation, with a focus on CRM.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Experience with PySpark, Azure, Databricks is a plus.
- Experience of management is essential.
