Job Overview

Cavendish Maine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for working with customers to improve their rate of sale, constructing and updating retail displays, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customers to construct, update and position retail displays
  • Improving merchandising to be more visually appealing to customers
  • Assisting with training customers in the effective sale of products
  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with customer contacts at all levels
Requirements
  • Living in the Midlands, you will be active and energetic with enthusiasm for practical roles and outdoor activities, happy to work on your own as well as part of a team.
  • A full driving license and will be willing to travel extensively.
  • Dynamic and have previous experience of working in a retail, events or field marketing where you have gained practical knowledge of shop layouts, product promotions, setting up displays and presenting to retailers/customers.
  • You will have confidence to generate ideas and concepts to the team as well as influence your customers.
  • You will have a passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to problem solve.
