We're seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team, working closely with our Lead Tester to identify and resolve potential issues in our systems.

As a Test Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality test plans and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of our systems, using a risk-based approach to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and 3rd party testers to ensure adequate test coverage across all stages.
  • Communicate effectively with development and change teams to mitigate release delays and ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the definition of test approaches, ensuring effective test preparation and execution.
  • Apply business technology and agile transformation principles to ensure test outcomes are of high quality.
  • Engage stakeholders and conduct thorough testing prior to system or business changes to ensure minimal impact on internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of change delivery methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of mortgage sourcing and property valuation processes.
  • Previous test experience and suitable project management, service management, test or agile qualifications.
  • Outstanding test analyst experience, with a proven delivery track record of change and transformation.
  • Experience with test automation development is desirable but not essential.
