HR Advisor Opportunity at Havant Borough Council

Havant Borough Council is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join its small and ambitious HR Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring the council's workforce is equipped to deliver excellent services to its residents.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in generalist or employee relations-focused HR advisory or senior HR administrative roles. Experience in coaching line managers to resolve HR issues and designing learning and development material is essential. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is also required.
