Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment across our hotels and leisure clubs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional maintenance services
- Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to optimize costs and service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
