Process Operations Technician

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Operations Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our wastewater treatment facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the operation of various plant machinery and equipment.
  • Performing cleaning, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Monitoring, gathering, and documenting data to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Conducting safety and security inspections.
  • If qualified, participating in the planned and preventive maintenance of equipment to support plant operations.
  • Taking personal accountability for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous mechanical experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in operating modern technology, as work schedules will be managed through this system.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to personal growth.
  • Eagerness to learn about a new industry.
  • A strong focus on health and safety practices.
  • A valid UK driving license is preferred, as the role may require travel across a wide area. If you do not possess a driving license, you should be prepared to cycle with necessary tools.
