Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for individuals who consistently strive to deliver exceptional customer support in a sometimes demanding atmosphere, those who go the extra mile to provide our clients with tailored solutions.
- A genuine enjoyment of customer interaction is essential, along with the ability to exhibit a positive attitude, patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Applicants should possess at least one year of driving experience with vehicles exceeding 3500 kgs.
- A valid C1E driving license or higher is required.
- While a technical background is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
- A current digital tachograph card is necessary, and preference will be given to candidates who have completed the requisite 35 hours of CPC training.
- All applicants will undergo background checks.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position entails the recovery of vehicles following breakdowns or accidents, primarily within a 100 km operational radius, although longer recoveries to any UK location may occasionally be necessary.
- Our extensive onboarding training will encompass all facets of the role and will equip you with an industry-recognized foundational qualification.
- As we respond to breakdowns in various weather conditions, candidates must be prepared to work outdoors and sometimes in challenging circumstances to assist our customers.
- Night Recovery Operators will follow a four nights 'on' and four nights 'off' schedule, which includes weekends.
- The annual remuneration for individuals holding HGV C1 or C licenses is £34,000, while those with CE licenses will see their salary increase to £36,000 annually, in addition to various bonus opportunities.
