Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Oversee all design phases for interior projects, establishing the vision and leading the team.
  • Technical Design: Assist in overall technical design for projects, ensuring compliance with design solutions.
  • Design Review: Review and provide feedback on design and technical drawings, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing expert advice on interior space planning.
  • Project Management: Manage the design budget, ensuring adherence to set budget and informing stakeholders of any potential variances.
  • Team Management: Oversee the work of other designers, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Space Planning: Organize and conduct client interviews to determine space needs and requirements, providing expert advice on interior space planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of architecture school or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years' experience in corporate or workplace design projects, preferably with strong Revit skills.
  • Skills: Expert sketching and rendering skills, extensive knowledge of design principles, store planning methodology, and building systems.
  • Software: Proficient with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite.
