Key Responsibilities

1. Product Management

  • Inspire and engage stakeholders with the product vision and roadmap.

  • Utilize discovery processes to identify and validate necessary product changes.
  • Leverage domain expertise, data analytics, and user research to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate proactively with Marketing, Design, Product teams, and external partners.

2. Process Optimization

  • Ensure that outcomes are effectively balanced against various company objectives.
  • Define and maintain key metrics to measure the impact of changes.
  • Ensure that discovery and delivery processes are tightly scoped, lean, and incremental.
  • Establish user and stakeholder feedback loops that provide valuable insights.
  • Maintain clear and continuous ownership of initiatives both internally and externally.

3. Financial Management

  • Provide in-depth insights during trading meetings to drive business improvements.
  • Collaborate with Finance to establish detailed, assumption-based budgets.
  • Engage in forecasting and performance tracking activities.
  • Surpass business performance targets aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Communicate results, impacts, variances, analyses, and business cases effectively.
  • Expertly manage complex supplier and partner relationships to achieve business objectives.

4. Leadership

  • Lead and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
  • Take ownership of executing domain plans by identifying issues, mitigating risks, and finding solutions across people, processes, and technology.
  • Prioritize impactful initiatives to limit work in progress and optimize development capacity.
  • Educate and advocate for the strategy among colleagues and stakeholders.
