Job Title: SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans for each student
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
  • Keep accurate records of student performance and progress
Requirements:
  • Valid DBS check
  • Teaching qualification or relevant experience
  • Experience working with students with SEN
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role
Working Conditions:
  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
  • May involve working with students with varying needs and abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, and in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
