About the Role

Fisher German is seeking a skilled Accounts Clerk to join our team in a full-time position based on 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal operations, including time recording, expenses, disbursements, and project creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal operations solution, covering time recording, expenses, disbursements, and project creation
  • Run reports, perform data entry, process data, and raise VAT invoices
  • Log invoices, submit invoices to clients, and liaise with line managers and finance team
  • Manage WIP data, debtor management, and support the raising of payments from client bank accounts
Requirements
  • Accounting knowledge, with an opportunity to expand knowledge
  • Ability to seek out best practice solutions
  • Attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work to strict deadlines
