We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stores Person/Van Driver to join our team at Proactive Solutions Group Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse and delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our trade counter and warehouse customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all goods are stored and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Operate a company van to deliver products to customers, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
  • Log goods in and out, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical wholesale or merchant sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wholesale products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
