Serna FM is currently in search of a dedicated Site Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the cleaning operations on construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and within designated timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Quality Cleaning: Ensure all cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards, adhering to project timelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of cleaning personnel, providing them with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and uphold safety protocols in line with industry regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all team members.
- Daily Operations Management: Coordinate daily activities on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and materials used, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between management, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.
- Ability to provide references from previous employers.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within the construction or cleaning sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid identification and passport.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
