Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join our client's team in Huddersfield. Our client is a prominent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing professional services to the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently, under the direction of our teams, to contribute to the development and review of company standards and policies.
  • Participate in the design and calculations of structural projects, with technical competence in most structural materials.
  • Collaborate with clients in a productive and competent manner, utilizing AutoCAD and proprietary software for structural calculations.

Requirements

  • High level construction technical knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years post chartership qualification experience.
  • Chartered Engineer and member of either ICE or IStructE.
  • Competency in the use of AutoCAD with a structural background.
  • Operating proprietary software for structural calculations such as TEDDS.
