About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our team at Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School, Winsham Primary School, and Buckland St Mary Church of England Primary School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of inclusive education practices across the schools, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities.
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to identify and address barriers to learning, providing targeted support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Headteachers and Trust leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes and closing the gap for vulnerable learners.
  • Contribute to the development of the Trust's Talent Management programme, providing opportunities for professional learning and growth for all staff.
  • Participate in Trust-wide inclusion meetings and work with the wider Pastoral Team to ensure that our mission and ethos are translated into action.
