Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a permanent Exports Logistics Executive to be part of a dynamic organization.

In the role of Exports Logistics Executive, you will engage with clients, transport providers, and shipping companies on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include coordinating bookings with various shipping lines and carriers. Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing collections that adhere to strict deadlines for flights and vessels. Utilizing an in-house system, you will ensure that all customer entries are accurately processed, alongside a variety of other administrative responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in export operations, ideally in both air and sea freight.
  • Proficient in completing export documentation and customer declarations, including verifying country-specific requirements and issuing certificates of origin when necessary.
  • Familiarity with CNS and Destin8; our forwarding software supports multiple freight types.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Mathematics.
