Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in meal and beverage preparation while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborating with customers, families, and staff to maintain high service standards.
- Performing general tasks such as cleaning kitchen areas, communal spaces, and resident accommodations.
- Identifying and reporting potential safety hazards to ensure a secure environment.
- Managing inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary, and ensuring proper equipment usage.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with general cleaning practices is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering is desirable or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
