Pizza Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Wells & Co. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas promptly and efficiently, ensuring good hygiene and health & safety at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pizzas quickly and efficiently, adhering to portion controls and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure good hygiene and health & safety practices are followed at all times, including proper food handling and storage.
  • Unload and organize equipment and food deliveries, and perform stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life.
  • Prepare and present all food items to our brand standard, achieving guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • A committed and passionate attitude to work, always looking to improve and have a positive response to feedback.
  • A can-do and hardworking attitude combined with a calm and efficient approach to duties.
  • Consistent high working standards, including attention to detail, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
