Electro-Mechanical Field Service Engineer

Orion Electrotech is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our international service team, you will be responsible for providing first-class troubleshooting and repair support to our customers across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical capital equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our equipment.
  • Work with our development team to identify and resolve design issues that impact product performance.
  • Collaborate with our quality team to identify root cause failures and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in fault-finding and diagnosing faults on electro-mechanical industrial equipment.
  • Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 90% of your time).
