About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Swift Resources Ltd. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Bar Supervisor/Manager in maintaining a high level of service quality and ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently.
  • Deliver bar and drinks service in a timely and efficient manner, promoting our excellent service standards.
  • Deal with customers in an efficient and friendly manner, providing a positive experience for all guests.
  • Participate in all preparation, cleaning down, and bar duties, ensuring that all areas are left clean and tidy after an event.
  • Ensure the smooth running of each service and any events, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Swift Resources Ltd at all times.
  • Carry out any other duties as and when required by the FOH Managers, General Manager/Venue Manager.
  • Ensure the safety of the building and the people in it, with full awareness of health and safety procedures and operating at all times in accordance with your employer's health and safety policy.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. We offer full training, including Allergen, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene Training.
  • Must be over 18 years old due to the nature of the role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
