Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to students with SEN, including developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress and development, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HLTA with SEN expertise.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
