As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing managed security services (MSS) to our global clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in network security, where you will gain hands-on experience in SOC operations and help protect our clients' networks from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events, and provide timely incident reports.
- Assist in security event monitoring and basic analysis.
- Track security incidents, respond to customer inquiries, and adjust security event misclassifications.
- Perform daily operations tasks, such as report compilation.
- Track security incidents, respond to customer inquiries, and provide emergency notifications during incident investigations, responding to customer inquiries within SLA timeframes.
- Be willing to learn, take responsibility, and be proactive.
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided, and opportunities to gain security skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP).
- Basic Linux system operation skills.
- College degree or equivalent; no experience required, with education and training provided.
- Suitable for beginners interested in the security field.
- Knowledge of cloud technology (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
- Experience working with Linux shell and Windows command-line interfaces is a plus.
- Understanding of service management processes and programs, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
