This position provides an excellent opportunity to cultivate practical technical abilities, including programming digital hearing aids, fitting ear moulds, and performing otoscopy, all while making a significant difference in the lives of those with hearing impairments. You will interact with a diverse array of individuals, including those with physical or cognitive disabilities, dementia, or serious health conditions, making your work both demanding and profoundly fulfilling.

Main Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine assessments on the functionality of hearing aids.
- Execute basic programming of replacement digital hearing aids per audiologist specifications.
- Modify the shape of patient ear moulds using specialized equipment.
- Fit new ear moulds as necessary.
- Assist in the repair of In-the-ear hearing aids and bone-anchored hearing aids.
- Manage the postal service for hearing aid maintenance and battery distribution.
- Process and store ear mould impressions and ear moulds.
- Support the preparation of audiologist clinic schedules.
- Travel to various clinic locations as required.

Job Purpose
To provide immediate care services for patients requiring routine maintenance of their hearing aids and to oversee the postal aspects of the service.

Qualifications and Skills
