Job Overview

Carriera Limited is seeking a skilled CDM/Health & Safety professional to join our team as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading construction and engineering consultancy operating across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of health and safety services to a diverse client portfolio, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Conduct site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and Health & Safety Files.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, fires, and dangerous occurrences, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum requirement).
  • Membership in IOSH.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Valid UK driving license.
