Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Assist in the design development of private residential buildings, ensuring well-considered spatial coordination and adherence to client requirements.
  • Technical Drawing: Prepare detailed technical drawings, focusing on building massing, façade, and fenestration development, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Engage with overseas regulations and planning requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Travel and Site Visits: Travel to overseas sites and meetings as required, representing Urban and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification (or international equivalent) preferred, with approximately 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of drawing standards and industry software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under the guidance of senior architects and project leads, while taking initiative and ownership of projects.
